（中央社記者戴雅真台北31日電）行政院長林全今天在臉書（Facebook）發文，感謝前總統國策顧問郝明義及「開放台電」研究團隊在這1個多月對開放台電的努力，以及對台灣能源發展的建議。
林全表示，歷經1個多月的討論與資料往返，台電將於9月2日將本次的相關資料公佈，並且將會議中的討論與回應上傳至 VTaiwan.tw平台繼續收集意見。這是台灣能源政策發展及改革的開始，還有幾項工作要繼續執行。
他表示，對於「開放台電」研究團隊所揭露，各界質疑經濟部、能源局，與中興顧問社、中興工程、吉興工程的從屬關係，以及監督者承攬被監督者業務之不當，已在8月19日任命中興顧問社新任董事長曾參寶，請他進行評估與檢討。
林全表示，針對5月31日供電吃緊的情況，他也特別要求台電注意歲修時間的安排，因應氣候劇烈變化，不應該將歲修時間排在用電尖峰的月份。台電也表示明年提早至5月20日完成歲修，避開高用電量時間，避免造成今年5月31日供電吃緊的情形再次發生。
林全指出，他也請經濟部與台電在這次與開放台電研究團隊的合作後，應該採取更開放的態度面對大眾、面對能源轉型正義的議題，唯有開放的態度才能讓台灣的能源轉型得以進行，唯有觀念的改變才能讓能源的發展有更多的可能。1050831
